Moving Paintings
One thing I loved seeing in the Harry Potter movie series were the moving paintings and pictures. Imagine if we had that in real life? It would be a memory you could watch over and over again.
I think videos can be a substitute for moving paintings. The only difference is that instead of being a painting the image would be on another display. The GIF you used as your image could be considered as a ¨moving painting¨.
I always found that interesting like they could actually move from painting to painting if they wanted. I used to always want to do that when I was younger, but there was no magic, so imagination it was.
This was something that always mesmerized me when watching the movies as a kid. Even still, whenever I look at the old movies I just love seeing it and makes me smile. The animation work for that must have been difficult. I would love to meet the animators for that
this is like the craziest thing i have ever seen. they're like movies! But they're not! becasue they're paintings!!!!! this is ludacrous because like i do not remember this at all from the movies. i should probably go back and revisit them.
The painting's eyes would literally be following you haha, that would be so amazing.
